Optima Telekom leads gainers on Zagreb bourse, share indices drop
ZAGREB (Croatia), February 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
Optima's shares closed 3.85% higher at 2.43 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] generated the highest trading turnover of 1.6 million kuna. The company's share price remained unchanged at 166.50 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 3.45% to 616.00 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 8.1 million kuna ($1.3 million/1.1 million euro) on Tuesday from 6.6 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE lost 0.25% to 1,863.89 points, after gaining 0.22% on Monday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, decreased 0.29% to 1,079.45 points after rising 0.11% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.02% to 112.1779 points.
