Stake in N. Macedonia's Granit trades in block deal
SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), September 22 (SeeNews) - An equity stake of 0.2% in North Macedonia-baseds construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] traded in a 10.2 million denars ($165,750/168,550 euro) block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, bourse data showed.
A total of 7,505 shares changed hands at 1,360 denars each in the block deal, the bourse said in a notice on Wednesday.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Granit's share capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of 5 euro in par value each.
Granit's shares last traded on the MSE on September 21, at an average price of 1,400 denars, according to the most recent bourse data available.
Skopje-based Granit was established as a state-owned company in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
