Bulgaria's Eleven Capital takes part in MClimate's cap hike

SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian venture capital firm Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] said it acquired a total of 23,139 shares in local IoT company MClimate as part of a capital increase.

Eleven Capital acquired 18,718 common registered shares class B with voting rights and an issue price equal to their par value of 1.00 lev ($0.54 /0.51 euro) apiece, the venture capital firm said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

In addition, Eleven Capital received 4,421 preferred registered shares class A with voting rights. Each share has a par value of 1.00 lev and an issue price of 40.00 levs.

According to data from Bulgaria's commercial register, MClimate's capital stood at 719,873 levs as of March 16, 2023, up from 624,747 levs previously.

MClimate designs and develops universally compatible smart home and smart building automation solutions aimed at delivering enhanced comfort, security and energy savings, while optimising carbon footprint. The company said earlier in March it launched a wireless thermostat, with a sensor measuring temperature, movement, humidity, and lux.
